This Return & Refund Policy outlines the terms under which customers may request a return, replacement, or refund.


1. General Return & Refund Guidelines

We accept return, refund, or exchange requests under the following conditions:

  • Damaged or Broken Items During Delivery
    If a product arrives damaged or broken due to shipping, we will send a replacement at no additional cost to the customer. All deliveries are insured, and this is covered under your delivery charge — no hidden fees.

  • Wrong or Mismatched Products
    If you receive the wrong item or one that doesn’t match in size, model, or fit, we will gladly accept a return and send the correct product.

  • Counterfeit Products
    Bongshal.com guarantees authentic products. If a customer can provide valid proof of counterfeit, we will issue a full refund, including the delivery charge.

  • Advance Payment and Order Cancellation
    All orders require an advance payment. Before shipping, we share LIVE photos/videos of the actual product. If the customer wishes to cancel the order after seeing the LIVE preview but before dispatch, the full advance amount will be refunded.

  • Change of Mind
    Once a product is shipped, cancellations or refunds due to “change of mind” will not be accepted.

  • Damage During Installation
    Products damaged during installation or due to improper use are not eligible for return or refund.


2. Category-Wise Return Policy

While our return/refund principles apply across all product types, the nature of each product category requires specific handling:

? Aftermarket Parts & Accessories

  • Must be returned in original condition and packaging.

  • Fitting issues are covered; change of mind is not.

  • Unboxing video is mandatory for any return claim.

⚙️ Spare Parts

  • Checked and verified before delivery.

  • If found defective upon unboxing, return is accepted.

  • Must not be used or installed.

? Riding Gear (Gloves, Jackets, Suits, etc.)

  • Size mismatch is eligible for exchange.

  • Worn, used, or washed items are not eligible.

  • Original tags and packaging must be intact.

? Helmets (Fragile Item)

  • Must provide clear unboxing video to claim return for damage.

  • No return accepted if damage occurred after unboxing or due to mishandling.

  • Return accepted for size mismatch if unused and undamaged.

? Engine Oil & Fluids (Fragile Item)

  • Return only accepted if leakage is shown clearly in the unboxing video.

  • Must be unopened and unused.

  • No return accepted after installation or opening the seal.

? Tires

  • Eligible for return only if incorrect item delivered or damaged during shipment.

  • Must remain unmounted and in unused condition.


3. Unboxing Video Requirement

To qualify for any return or refund request:

  • Customers must provide an unboxing video starting from the sealed package.

  • The video must clearly show the issue (damage, wrong item, etc.).

  • Without the video, no claims will be accepted.


4. Return Process and Timeline

  • Return/refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the delivery.

  • Our return/refund team will verify and respond within 3 working days.

  • Once approved, the replacement or refund will be processed within the next 3 working days.

  • For card payments, the refund may take 7–10 working days depending on the payment gateway.


5. Shipping Responsibility for Returns

  • Customers must send the product back at their own responsibility and cost, unless otherwise agreed.

  • Once received, our team will inspect the item and take necessary action as per the policy.


6. Refusal to Accept Delivery

  • If a customer refuses to receive the parcel without a valid reason, the advance amount will not be refunded.
