Terms and Conditions for Sellers

• Governing Law: Any agreement or dispute arising shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh.

• Accuracy of Information: If any information provided during registration is found to be incorrect or misleading, the registration will be deemed null and void.

• Product Authenticity: Should a seller deliver a counterfeit or incorrect product, they shall be legally obligated to facilitate a return and accept the product back.

• Prohibited Items: Products that are prohibited by the government or fall under illegal import bans cannot be listed or sold via Bongshal.com.

• Compliance with Return Policy: If a delivered product does not match the customer's order, the seller is mandatory required to comply with the official return policy of Bongshal.com.

• Product Guarantees: Any guarantee or warranty provided by the seller on a product is the sole responsibility of the seller.

• Logistics and Shipping Costs: Sellers are not required to bear standard delivery charges. However, if a seller opts for Bongshal.com’s In-house Policy, the costs associated with product transportation and handling shall be borne by the seller.

• Product Listings: Sellers must upload high-quality, original images and provide accurate descriptions for every product. A minimum of three (3) images per product is required.

• Payment Cycles: Following the successful delivery of goods and the completion of the designated return window, the seller’s proceeds will be credited to their bank account within ten (10) days.

• Policy Amendments: Bongshal.com reserves the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time as deemed necessary.

• Customer Returns: If a customer refuses to accept a delivery or initiates a return, the seller is obligated to accept the returned goods.
